Username and Password must be in lower case, 6 to 9 digits, letters and/or numbers are fine. Please indicate whether it is a letter or a number (for example l should be explained as the letter (L) or number (1)).

Your password and user name are used when connecting to bbc.net and retrieving your e-mail. Note that your user name and password are case sensitive and you must enter lower case. Mobius Communications support staff can assign you a new password, but cannot tell you what your previous password was.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR DIAL UP ACCOUNT. IF YOU WANT TO DISCONTINUE YOUR DIAL UP ACCOUNT, NOTIFY MOBIUS. A DIAL UP ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED TO UTILIZE HIGH SPEEDINTERNET SERVICE.
