A: Mobius can be contacted 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. - 5p.m. Mobius can be contacted after hours through our 24 hour answering service!

A: Your first place to look should be Contact Mobius on this page of the website. Here you will find How To and Troubleshooting guides to solve most of your technical problems. These will provide solutions to most of your problems. If you are still unable to find a solution after viewing these materials, you can call tech support at 308-487-5500 or 1-877-266-2487. Tech support is available 24 hrs a day by phone.
Q: Are there any cost saving benefits by using more than one Mobius Service?
A: Yes Mobius is now offering a multi service discount for having more than one service with us. Call Mobius Communications Company to speak to a Customer service Representative for all the details.
Q: How long does it take for me to get High Speed Internet?
A: On average, a High Speed Internet installation will take place about 2 weeks from the time that High Speed Internet is ordered.
Q: What does a typical High Speed Internet installation involve?
A: Usually, a High Speed Internet installation can be completed in 1 or 2 hours. The field techs will come to your location and install a small box on the outside of your home that converts the telephone signal to a digital signal for High Speed Internet. The techs will install the modem in a room of your choice, the network card in the computer you choose, and install all necessary drivers. Once the Internet is working correctly at your location and all installation tasks have been completed, they will leave you to enjoy your High Speed Internet.
Q: What services do I get with a Mobius Internet subscription?
A: By default, you will be provided with 2 e-mail accounts with Mobius (ie. yourname@bbc.net). You will also be provided with SPAM filtering services for your e-mail account(s) upon request. To access your e-mail anywhere, you can log into mail.bbc.net for your webmail from anywhere.
Q: Does Mobius offer automatic billing services?
A: Yes, contact us to be placed on our automatic billing service.
Q: I live in a rural area, can I still get High Speed Internet?
A: YES!! With our Wireless Internet and WildBlue Satellite Internet we can reach you with High-Speed wherever you live. If you have questions, you may call the office at 487-5500.
Q: Can I get High-Speed Internet without a phone line?
A: Yes. WildBlue Satellite Internet and Wireless Internet do not require a land based phone line. However, High Speed Internet does require a land line.
Q: Will I be able to use my laptop throughout my house?
A: To have wireless capabilities throughout your home, you have the option of purchasing a wireless router.
Q: If I connect with Mobius Wireless Internet, would I still need a wireless router to be able to use my laptop throughout my house?
A: Yes, wireless means wireless from our land tower to your home. From there an antenna is hardwired to your computer.
Q: If I have more than one computer hooked up to High Speed is there an additional monthly cost?
A: No, your monthly bill does not increase regardless of the number of computers you have connected to the Internet.
Q: What speed do I need?
A: If you use the Internet for basic emailing and surfing the web the lower speed options will work great. If you use the Internet for on-line gaming and downloading pictures/videos then the higher speed options will be your best option.
Q: If I choose a speed and want to increase/decrease my speed at a later time is there a charge or service call?
A: No. You have complete flexibility when it comes to changing Internet speeds. There is no service call or service fee required. Just call our customer service representatives and changes are made on our end.
